Full Time, Retirement Living Coordinator job vacancy in the West London Area close to Chelsea, Hammersmith, Kensington, Mayfair areas. Exact location is currently confidential. Located close to Paddington Station as well as Edgeware Tube Station on the London Underground.

You will be working within a luxurious and boutique Retirement Village with a difference, this village will be the first to open with another 3 to open over the next three years. The Village will be home to 100 independent Older Adults either single or couples looking to retire and receive a high-end retirement option /those looking for a different and exclusive lifestyle. This Retirement Village Group are looking to deliver retirement living that enhances lives from day one and go above and beyond what is currently available to those looking to retire. With an onsite Wellbeing Manager together you will focus on keeping people fit and healthier in their later years.

Your Role
Number 1 get to know each of our residents and fully understand what makes them happy. You will be pivotal in Supervising and coordinating your staff team to create an individualised experience of living in this exclusive development. As the Care Coordinator and supervisor, you will support the Retirement Living Registered Manager. Your duties will include:
- Supervising, leading and motivating the staff team to deliver a unique experience.
- Carry out staff supervisions, appraisals and identify any training needs.
- Carry out service checks and ensure excellent quality and compliance throughout the village.
- Assist in the scheduling and arranging of wellbeing activities to ensure adequate staffing.
- Foster a culture that promotes an independent, high end retirement living experience.
- Regularly speaking to clients ensuring the are happy with the level of service provided.
Criteria
- Sector: Healthcare or Social Care Sector, Extra care, Retirement Living, Retirement Villages, Older Peoples Residential or Nursing Home, Dementia Champion or similar.
- An excellent understanding of Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Data protection.
- Be well always presented and be an excellent ambassador for the company.
- Previous Supervisory experience within the Social Care Sector.
