Duties

As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with a range of enquiries, including:

  • Providing friendly and efficient support to customers over the phone.

  • Resolving queries around mobile phone, broadband, and TV services.

  • Offering technical troubleshooting and guidance on connectivity issues.

  • Assisting customers with billing questions and account updates.

  • Helping customers get the best from their services by identifying suitable products, upgrades, and add-ons.

  • Working to achieve individual and team targets, including service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Logging and updating customer records accurately using internal systems.

  • .Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Criteria

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (ideal but not essential)

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • A friendly and confident telephone manner.

  • A genuine desire to help people and go the extra mile.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Tech-savvy with basic IT skills and the ability to navigate systems.

  • Results-driven, with the motivation to meet and exceed targets.
